Hey @ingridsand, The end of campaign email should automatically be sent. From the Prayer Warriors list, if you click on one of the people, does it show in the comments/activity section that the end of campaign email has been sent?

YES! There are 2 ways: Copying the email addresses of last year's prayer warriors and composing your own email to them. Directly sending them an email from the system. Composing your own email This is better if you want the email to come from your emails address. Then it will be obvious to your prayer warriors who they are receiving the email from.
