There are 2 ways:
Copying the email addresses of last year's prayer warriors and composing your own email to them.
Directly sending them an email from the system.
Composing your own email
This is better if you want the email to come from your emails address. Then it will be obvious to your prayer warriors who they are receiving the email from.

This email will come from the system (ie:
