Support Campaign Cloning by @kodinkat in https://github.com/DiscipleTools/disciple-tools-prayer-campaigns/pull/352
You now can clone a campaign. Click clone and give the new campaign a name.
This will copy all settings, content and prayer fuel.
You can do this from the "General Settings" tab:Community
